Location near to a local restaurant, and a 1000 year-old castle. Also, in the center. Modern beautiful rooms with incredible views, and central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Very friendly and professional staff, large beds.

Felt very lucky, no complaints whatsoever.

We had the most enchanting experience living in a historic castle with spectacular views. The hotel facilities were impressive with beautiful decor and a large jacuzzi tub in our suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating, waiting for our late check-in and upgrading our room without any extra charges. The location in this beautiful area was serene and perfect for peace-seekers.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel I stayed in was like a medieval fairytale come to life. the rooms were huge with an inviting atmosphere and the staff was kind and welcoming. the Christmas market was a phenomenal event to be a part of, with vendors offering local cuisine, gifts and an array of artistic displays. the area offers some picturesque views and was a great location for photography enthusiasts. the other feature that I loved was the delicious food, which was fresh and provided a variety of options for different dietary restrictions.
The experience was not without its flaws, the only setback was the inaccessibility of the location. It's situated far from major cities and taxi rides can be expensive.

This place is absolutely amazing! The castle is in great condition and the rooms are beautiful. I loved staying in a castle, it felt like going back in time. The staff was very helpful and explained everything to me, making me feel welcome. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a jacuzzi. The location was perfect, close to a fantastic restaurant called Pepe in Grani. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it.
I can't think of any negative aspects to mention. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The attention to detail is impeccable, from the beautifully decorated rooms with comfy beds to the luxurious jacuzzi and breathtaking views. The breakfast included in the stay is a delightful way to start the day.
Although not all reviews mentioned specific negatives, it seems that the hotel could benefit from improving the signage for easier access and implementing better communication regarding transportation options.

What an enchanting place! I stayed in a room that was warm, spacious and had a beautiful view. The decorations and atmosphere filled me with wonder. The perfect holiday getaway. The fairy tale adventure continued throughout the town from the charming Christmas market to the friendly locals. It was great to step back into a magical time, and I just couldn't get enough of it.
Getting to the hotel was difficult. It was located quite far outside of the city, and I found transportation to be scarce.
